Posters must be designed to fit a 0.90 meter by 1.20-meter high poster board. The corresponding number of the poster boards can be obtained from the abstract book, which will be handed to you at the registration desk. Please note this number will be different from your abstract number (ID).
Material for mounting posters will be available on the spot.
All posters should be in English.
Format for posters
- Posters must be legible from a distance of about 1 m.
- Please indicate the title, name(s) of author(s), institutional address (es) of author(s).
- The title should be written in capital letters 2.5 cm high.
- The authors should be present by their posters at the scheduled time.
- Discussions will take place in front of the posters.
Registration
All presenters are required to register for the meeting. An online meeting registration form and updated conference information are posted on the conference website. Please check with your embassy if you need a visa to enter Switzerland (on request, a letter of invitation will be sent to you when registering). You are encouraged to make your hotel arrangements as soon as possible.
It is also very important that we know the name of the presenter. Should the presenter change at a later date, please let the Secretariat know immediately.
Poster abstract will be published in the journal Drug Safety.
Prizes
3 best Poster Presentations will be awarded during the poster prize ceremony on Wednesday 14 November at 16.00
Important notice about poster prizes: Although it is important and recommended for the presenters to be present/stand by their posters during the posters presentation, due to the large number of posters, the Poster Committee will not only view the posters during the official sessions but during the whole conference.

The organization secretariat is not responsible for the posters that haven't been removed after the session.

Poster discussions will take place in front of the posters.
Presenters should be beside their posters during the viewing dates and times and should have handouts of their poster available.
Please note: Discussions will start on time even if oral sessions are delayed and will continue until all posters scheduled in that session will be evaluated. Posters will be evaluated anyway although the presenter is not standing in front of the poster.
